Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to guarantee the quality of precast members used in a building, and by extension, makes it possible to construct a safe building by reusing precast members. During a method for reusing precast members of a building 1 having a Rahmen structure, when the building 1 provided with a plurality of precast members including a plurality of column members 13 and a plurality of beam members (11, 12) is constructed, a sensor 55 is attached to one or more precast members, from among the precast members, joined together by an unbonded tensioning material (26, 36, 46) (ST5). During use of the building 1, the physical quantity P of the precast members, detected by the sensor 55, is monitored (ST6). When the building 1 is to be demolished, the reusability of the precast members is determined on the basis of the detection result of the sensor 55 (ST14), and precast members determined to be reusable are reused in another building 1 to be constructed (ST16).
