Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention is a method for scheduling and allocating resources, for improving the resource utilization of a system. The method in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: after a first data packet transmitted by a first device is received by each second device, the first device determining the remaining waiting time until acknowledgement (ACK) is fed back by each second device to the first device and/or a transmission control protocol (TCP) state, the ACK corresponding to the first data packet; the first device allocating radio carrier resources, according to the remaining waiting time for feeding back ACK and the TCP state, to a second target device, such that the second target device uses the radio carrier resources to feed ACK back to the first device, the second target device being a second device, of which the remaining waiting time is minimal and/or the TCP state is in a preset state.
