Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a method for selecting a network slice, and an electronic device. The method is applied to the electronic device, and the electronic device comprises at least one application. The method comprises: determining parameter information according to at least one application, the parameter information being used for indicating a network slice; performing a route selection policy according to the parameter information, the route selection policy being used for selecting the network slice; and binding a route to the network slice. The embodiments of the present application provide a specific implementation solution of the network slice in the electronic device, and different scenes of the network slice can be covered. The electronic device can obtain the parameter information by monitoring a service of at least one application or actively reporting by the at least one application, select, according to the parameter information, a corresponding network slice for the service conducted in the at least one application, and perform route binding.
