Title:
METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY REMOVING MONOVALENT ANION IMPURITIES FROM SULFURIC ACID SYSTEM ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/161682
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for selectively removing monovalent anion impurities from a sulfuric acid system electrolyte solution is provided. The method comprises: adjusting the concentration of ionized H2SO4 in the electrolyte solution, introducing the electrolyte solution containing the ionized H2SO4 into a waste acid chamber of a diffusion dialyzer, introducing water as a receiving liquid to flow into a recovery chamber of the diffusion dialyzer in a reverse flow manner, controlling the flow intensity of the electrolyte solution during the diffusion dialysis operation process, transporting, by means of concentration difference driving, part of the ionized H2SO4 in the electrolyte solution of the diffusion dialyzer and the anion impurities through a membrane to the receiving liquid, forming a monovalent anion impurity-enriched dilute H2SO4 and purified electrolyte solution, wherein an anion exchange membrane is arranged in the diffusion dialyzer; wherein the sulfuric acid system electrolyte solution is selected from at least one of a Zn2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, and Co2+ sulfuric acid system electrolyte solution, and wherein the monovalent anion impurities are at least one of F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3-, and NO2-.
