Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a method for sending instruction information, a network device, a communication apparatus, and a core network device, used for controlling a terminal device that supports both closed access group (CAG) access and public land mobile network (PLMN) access to access a CAG cell or to access a PLMN cell. A first network device, comprising: a transceiving module used for receiving first instruction information, wherein the first instruction information is used for instructing to configure second instruction information for a communication apparatus, and the second instruction information is used for instructing the communication apparatus to access a system only by means of the CAG cell or to access the system only by means of the PLMN cell, and further used for sending the second instruction information to the communication apparatus in response to the first instruction information.
