Abstract:
Provided is a method for sequencing polynucleotides on the basis of optical signal dynamics of a luminescent label and a secondary luminescent signal, wherein different luminescent forms and luminescent timings are used to distinguish the sequential incorporation of different nucleotides, thereby realizing the determination of a polynucleotide sequence.
