Title:
METHOD FOR SERIALLY TRANSMITTING DATA BETWEEN A TRANSMITTER AND A RECEIVER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/109807
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for serially transmitting data between a transmitter (10) and a receiver (11), wherein said data is expressed by means of predefined words (21, 22, 23) comprising consecutive bits each of which is in a logic state determined between two possible logics (0,1). The logic state (21, 22, 23) between two bits emitted by the transmitter (10) is modifiable according to a first substantially regular period. The receiver (11) reads bits received from the transmitter (10) according to a second substantially regular period, only. The first and second regular periods are substantially equal. Each emitted word (21, 22, 23) comprises a first number of consecutive bits identical to the first logic state (1), wherein the first number is at least equal to two and is followed by at least two consecutive bits identical to the second logic state (0). For each of two distinct words (21, 22, 23), the number of the consecutive bits identical to the first logic state (1) differs at least by three.
