Abstract:
A method of setting resistance of an exercise bike is disclosed and comprises automatically setting a power transfer mode corresponding to contents at a time of selecting the contents, and automatically setting resistance appropriate for the contents. The method of setting resistance of an exercise bike comprises selecting contents of an exercise bike, in an application, setting a mode of an EMS of the exercise bike, corresponding to the contents, to a non-freewheel mode or a freewheel mode, in the application, setting resistance of the EMS, in the application, and transmitting mode data and resistance data to the exercise bike, in the application.
