Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for solid-phase synthesis of a cyanuric acid-uracil complex zinc salt, comprising the steps of: mixing cyanuric acid and zinc oxide under shearing conditions to conduct a reaction to obtain zinc cyanurate; and mixing the zinc cyanurate with uracil under shearing conditions to conduct a reaction to prepare a cyanuric acid-uracil complex zinc salt. In the present invention, the reaction is carried out by adopting a dry milling method and the reactants are dry milled in an apparatus with a high shear force and a high contact area to obtain the cyanuric acid-uracil complex zinc salt, and the prepared cyanuric acid-uracil complex zinc salt has a small particle size and a uniform particle size distribution, which will not affect subsequent processing of PVC. Trace water generated during the reaction can be removed simply by heating the apparatus, resulting in a simple preparation process and low energy consumption. A solvent is not needed to disperse the reactants during the reaction, so that there is no solvent to be processed upon completion of the reaction, and no waste water is discharged, achieving a clean and environment-friendly process.
