Abstract:
Provided is a method for starting a treadmill according to the running time comprising: recording a preset running time corresponding to a login account number (S101); when the user starts running upon logging in to the account, recording the accumulated running time corresponding to the login account number (S102); comparing the accumulated running time corresponding to the login account number with the preset running time corresponding to the login account number (S103); and when the accumulated running time corresponding to the login account number is greater than the preset running time corresponding to the login account number, stopping the treadmill (S104). Also provided is a treadmill.
