Abstract:
A method for sterilization of a plastic bottle in an aseptic filling system, the
method comprising the step of spraying a thermally sterilized fluid of 65 to 90˚C
onto the bottle while maintaining the inner pressure of the bottle within the
range from 1 to 20 kPa to sterilize at least the inner surface or outer surface of
the bottle.
