Abstract:
A method for suppressing a thrust ripple of a linear motor, and a related device and a medium. Said method comprises: acquiring a mapping relationship NI between thrust and current of the linear motor; and acquiring a mapping relationship I0X between a current corresponding to a positioning force of the linear motor and position data (101); acquiring a mapping relationship IaX between a current corresponding to a thrust ripple, caused by a test current Ia, of the linear motor and the position data (102); according to the mapping relationship IaX, acquiring a mapping relationship IbX between a current corresponding to a thrust ripple caused by an operation current Ib and the position data (103); and storing the mapping relationship I0X and the mapping relationship IbX in a control system of the linear motor, so as to calculate a current compensation value I'bX of the operation current Ib of the linear motor, thereby achieving suppression of the thrust ripple of the linear motor (104).
