Abstract:
A method for switching treadmill interfaces according to the user body weight, comprising: recording a pre-set first interface and a pre-set second interface (S101); when a runner uses a treadmill by means of logging into an account, recording the body weight of the runner (S102); according to the recorded body weight of the runner, calculating the average body weight of the runner in a specific duration before the current cycle (S103); measuring the body weight of the runner during the current cycle (S104); comparing the body weight of the runner during the current cycle and the average body weight (S105); if the body weight of the runner during the current cycle is greater than the average body weight, using the pre-set first interface; if the body weight of the runner during the current cycle is smaller than the average body weight, using the pre-set second interface (S106). Also provided is a treadmill using the method.
