Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for synthesizing ethylene sulfate by means of in-situ catalytic oxidation. A TS-1 molecular sieve is modified by a Pd salt and an Au salt to obtain an Au-Pd/TS-1 molecular sieve, oxygen and hydrogen are catalyzed to generate hydrogen peroxide, and in-situ oxidation of ethylene sulfite is carried out in a reactor to synthesize ethylene sulfate. The Au-Pd/TS-1 molecular sieve catalyst prepared in the present invention has two catalytic activities for catalytic synthesis of hydrogen peroxide and catalytic oxidation of sulfite, the reaction rate can be remarkably increased, raw materials are thoroughly converted in a short retention time, the hydrolysis of a product is effectively inhibited, and an organic phase is washed, evaporated and crystallized to obtain a high-purity ethylene sulfate product.
