Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for synthesizing a lithocholic acid, comprising: using 21-hydroxy-20-methylpregn-4-en-3-one (BA) as a raw material, undergoing an oxidizing reaction and a Wittig reaction, then synthesizing the lithocholic acid through a reduction reaction; or, after the oxidizing reaction and the Wittig reaction, by means of a hydrogenation reduction reaction, a carbonyl reduction reaction, and a hydrolysis reaction, synthesizing the lithocholic acid. The present lithocholic acid synthesis method is environmentally-friendly, has simple steps, few side reactions, and high yield, is made of inexpensive and easy-to-obtain raw materials, and is suitable for industrial production; the present invention solves the technical problem in the prior art of high synthesis costs and low yields and being unsuitable for large-scale industrial production.
