Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for synthesizing an SSZ-13 molecular sieve under the assistance of a heterogeneous seed crystal. The method comprises the following steps: stirring and evenly mixing water, alkali, an organic template, a sodium silicate aqueous solution, and a heterogeneous seed crystal to obtain an initial gel; transferring the intial gel to a closed high-temperature reaction still, and heating to 140-180 °C in a homogeneous reactor for stirring and crystallization; after the crystallization is completed, separating, drying, and calcinating the products to obtain the SSZ-13 molecular sieve. The low-cost heterogeneous seed crystal is used to prepare a SSZ-13 molecular sieve and the homogeneous reactor having a rotation function is used for crystallization, therefore, not only high degree of crystallinity and purity is achieved, but also a size of the molecular sieve is ensured, which is only 300-500 nm, thereby making for rapid mass transfer, and improving the performance.
