Abstract:

The present description relates to a wireless communication system which has a plurality of component carriers, and more particularly, relates to a method and system for allocating resources for each component carrier. The present specification relates to a scheme in which cell coverage is set for each component carrier in consideration of the wireless environment of the component carriers, and a scheme in which a random access process of a terminal is controlled in accordance with said set cell coverage and resources are allocated in accordance with a priority configuration.
