Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and system for analyzing interaction between a G protein-coupled receptor and a ligand. The method comprises: receiving a receptor name or a crystal structure number input by a user; collecting receptor-related crystal structure information and storing same in a corresponding database; cleaning a PDB file and performing calculation and analysis by means of geometric and physicochemical characteristics to obtain an analysis result reflecting the interaction between a receptor and a ligand; and for the analysis result, visually displaying relevant data in 2D and 3D. According to the present invention, analysis of various interactions can be provided, and 3D overall structure visual display and 2D visual display are performed according to various structures of receptors, thereby facilitating in-depth research in various fields such as structural biology research, pharmacophore research, and virtual screening.
