Abstract:
Provided is a method for analyzing metabolites with which it is possible to analyze the metabolites of a cell without killing the cell. Provided is a method for analyzing metabolites that includes a step for culturing cells in culture broth while bringing the culture broth into contact with a liquid which is immiscible with the culture broth, a step for recovering at least part of the liquid, and a step for analyzing the cell metabolites extracted in the liquid.
