Abstract:
A method for building a digital twin of a cooking object in connection with a kitchen appliance according to the present invention includes the steps in which: a digital twin system receives target cooking condition data and real-time data of a cooking object from a kitchen appliance; the digital twin system materializes a digital twin simulation on the basis of the received target cooking condition data and real-time data of the cooking object; the digital twin system receives input data required for a heat transfer simulation from a machine learning module; and the digital twin system estimates an internal temperature value for monitoring a cooking process of the cooking object in real time.
