Abstract:

A method and system for controlling machine tool descent stability, and a tractor. An outlet of a main pump (2) is connected to inlets of a main relief valve (3), fixed-difference relief valve (5), and machine tool control valve (6) respectively; an oil outlet of the machine tool control valve (6) is connected to a spring cavity of the fixed-difference relief valve (5) via a steady-state throttle valve (4), and moreover, the oil outlet of the machine tool control valve (6) is connected to an inlet of a switch valve (8); an oil outlet of the switch valve (8) is connected to a rodless cavity of a suspension oil cylinder (9) in a suspension mechanism; the rodless cavity of the suspension oil cylinder (9) is also connected to an inlet of a lowering valve (7); a rod cavity of the suspension oil cylinder (9) is connected to an inlet of a secondary relief valve (10); a position sensor (12), a force sensor (11), a lowering knob (16), a target position setting knob (15), and a lowering speed setting knob (14) are electrically connected to an input end of a controller (13); an output end of the controller (13) is electrically connected to a solenoid valve of the machine tool control valve (6), a solenoid valve of the lowering valve (7), and a solenoid valve of the switch valve (8) respectively.
