Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method and a system for controlling and managing automatic screw-tightening that enable the construction of a network with which a proper screw-tightening state can be easily and reliably confirmed and determined, and production management regarding respective screw-tightening work and information management regarding screw-tightening states in a production line for, for example, assembling a required product can be reliably performed. [Solution] A load current detection means (26) that is installed on an electric motor (12) for driving an electric screwdriver (10) is configured such that whether a screw-tightening state is good or not is determined by comparing a load current, a rotation amount of the electric motor, and the number of screws to be tightened, which are detected at the point at which an increase in torque is detected by the load current detection means at the completion of screw-tightening after the start point of the screw-tightening, with preset setting values.
