Abstract:
A method and a system for controlling moisture content at a tobacco drying inlet. Without changing any of the structure or principles of tobacco primary processing production lines, without adding additional measurement points, and without impacting normal production, by means of a method of collecting basic working condition information of historical operations and machine learning, a safe, convenient, and reasonable water addition proportion suggestion is provided, a change amount for moisture content at each stage is predicted, and moisture content at the four positions of an intermediate loosening outlet, a leaf conditioning inlet, a leaf conditioning outlet, and a drying inlet is predicted, thereby achieving control of moisture content at the tobacco drying inlet.
