Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and system for controlling power distribution network distributed power supply energy storage for resilience improvement, the method comprising: determining an objective function, comprising: a first sub-objective function aiming to minimize the investment cost in an outer layer, and a second sub-objective function first aiming to maximize load shedding and the post-disaster operation cost in a middle layer and then aiming to minimize the load shedding and the post-disaster operation cost in an inner layer; determining an outer layer constraint condition according to an energy storage system configuration number, a line reinforcement number, and energy storage rated power and capacity configurations; determining a middle layer constraint condition according to a line fault; determining an inner layer constraint condition according to distribution network node power, line load capacity, line flow, unit output, node voltage, unit ramping, energy storage system operation, and the load shedding; determining parameters according to the outer layer constraint condition, the first sub-objective function, the middle layer constraint condition, the inner layer constraint condition, and the second sub-objective function; and controlling power distribution network distributed power supply energy storage according to the obtained parameters.
