Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and system for controlling a speed drop under a sudden load change of a positive flow system, and an excavator in the technical field of hydraulic control. The method for controlling a speed drop under a sudden load change of a positive flow system comprises: collecting an outlet pressure value of a main pump unit; and obtaining a load change rate according to the outlet pressure value; when the load change rate reaches a set value, outputting a feedforward compensation current which matches the current load change rate, wherein the feedforward compensation current is used for reducing the power of the main pump unit to a set power; and when a rotation speed change rate and a load-rate change rate of an engine meet a certain level in given speed drop severity levels, outputting a speed drop compensation current which matches the current rotation speed change rate and load-rate change rate, wherein the speed drop compensation current is used for increasing the power of the main pump unit to the set power. By means of the present invention, a speed drop value of an engine can be effectively reduced; the whole machine control comprises feedforward compensation and speed drop control, such that the stability of the rotation speed of the engine can be effectively improved; and an electric control constant rate is used and the rotation speed of the engine is stably controlled, such that the oil consumption of a system can be effectively reduced.
