Abstract:

A method and system for delaminatly ensuring the network service quality A network QoS ensured system, includes: QoS service controller QSC for pick-up the service QoS request to network from the service requst, and transmitting the QoS request to DRC resource controller in network,and then transmitting the resource released information; QoS pipes provisioning controller QPPC for provisioning the pipes, and fetching the busy situation of the resource of QoS pipes timly, and adapting the capacity of the pipes dynamically but not by real time; distributed resource controller DRC for dsposing the QoS request transmitted by QSC dynamically, and controlling each resource request to access and distribute. This invention also provides a method for distributing network resource delaminatly based on this system.
