Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and system (200, 600) for detecting a dirt blockage of a heat exchanger of an air conditioner based on fan power, and an air conditioner (700, 800). The detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring the degree of dirt blockage of a dust filter screen at a first fan speed; acquiring a first fan power corresponding to the degree of dirt blockage of the dust filter screen at the first fan speed; acquiring a second fan power to which the overall degree of dirt blockage of an indoor unit corresponds at the first fan speed; generating a variation of the fan power; and acquiring the level of dirt blockage of the heat exchanger to which the variation of the fan power corresponds at the first fan speed. The detection method can simultaneously detect the respective dirt blockage conditions of the dust filter screen and the heat exchanger so as to control the air conditioner independently. Different control modes of the air conditioner can also be used according to different levels of dirt blockage of the heat exchanger.
