Abstract:
A method and system for establishing an indicator for assessing the degree of malignancy of a tissue microenvironment, and a method and system for using an indicator for assessing the degree of malignancy of a tissue microenvironment. An established indicator can be used for testing the potential of a precancerous lesion in an individual patient, and can be used for predicting the recurrence rate of a tumor without relying on patient survival data.
