Abstract:
A method and system for intelligent monitoring of a machine tool operation state. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring the operation state of a machine tool, and when it is detected that an operation fault occurs in the machine tool, determining the type of the operation fault (101); matching the corresponding fault information from a preset operation fault database according to the type of the operation fault (102); when the corresponding fault information is matched in the operation fault database, determining whether the operation fault can be restored automatically according to the matching result (103); and when the operation fault can be restored automatically, automatically restoring the operation fault (104). The method and system for intelligent monitoring of a machine tool operation state realize automatic restoration of the operation fault when the operation fault can be automatically restored, being able to reduce the work intensity of the maintenance personnel, improving the restoration efficiency, enabling timely automatic restoration when the machine tool malfunctions, reducing the loss caused by the fault.
