Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a system for managing access to artifacts in a cloud computing environment. In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving a request to access a first artifact associated with a first provider from a second artifact associated with a second provider. The request comprises an access token associated with the second provider, and an artifact identifier associated with the first artifact. The method also comprises determining whether the second provider is authorized to access the first artifact associated with the first provider. Furthermore, the method comprises providing access to the first artifact associated with the first provider when the second provider is authorized to access the first artifact associated with the first provider. Additionally, the method further comprises rejecting the request to access the first artifact associated with first provider when the second provider is not authorized to access the first artifact.
