Abstract:
A method for modulating a high-low frequency double-pulsed MIG welding waveform having a flexible transition. The method comprises: configuring a high-low frequency double-pulsed MIG welding waveform having a flexible transition to serve as a trapezoidal-wave high-low frequency double-pulsed current waveform, or a sinusoidal-wave high-low frequency double-pulsed current waveform; generating a characteristic parameter, generating a high-frequency pulse time series and a low-frequency pulse time series, and creating a dual-pulsed waveform control subtask; and updating a given current value according to a current waveform change rule, acquiring a current feedback value outputted by a welding power supply in real time, processing the given current value and the current feedback value using a PID algorithm, so as to obtain an adjustment amount, and driving the welding power supply according to the adjustment amount. The modulation method achieves fine output control of waveforms, improves energy transition between strong and weak pulse groups in a double-pulsed configuration, effectively reduces the incidence of arc interruption and incomplete fusion in welding processes, and improves welding stability. Further provided is a modulation system for implementing the modulation method.
