Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and system for processing information on construction costs, which process information based on cost breakdown information on each of the detailed spaces or parts. When implemented, the method and system of the present invention have advantages in that construction costs can be grasped in a precise and multi-dimensional manner in all construction type units, in all construction type material or labor units, and in all construction cost details, in all space units of a construction. When implemented, the method and system of the present invention makes billing procedures of a construction industry accurate, and therefore can solve general problems caused by an unclearness of billing procedures of a construction industry, such as undercharge or overcharge or under-calculation or over-calculation, or under-adjustment or over-adjustment. The method and system of the present invention also make VE accurate and precise, and make material and labor management accurate, thereby contributing to the reduction of construction costs.
