Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and system for processing an oil product on a ship. The method comprises: processing crude oil by means of an oil product processing device provided on a ship deck to obtain fuel oil, diesel oil, and naphtha; by means of an acidic water steam stripping device provided on the ship deck, performing steam stripping treatment on sulfur-containing waste water generated in the processing process and recycling treated purified water; by means of a flue gas denitration device provided on the ship deck, performing denitration treatment on flue gas generated in the processing process and flue gas generated by ship power generation and boiler combustion, wherein a product oil generator set provided on the ship deck generates power by using the fuel oil and/or diesel oil obtained by crude oil processing, and supplies power to the oil product processing device, the acidic water steam stripping device, the flue gas denitration device, and the ship itself; a steam boiler provided on the ship deck uses the fuel oil and/or diesel oil obtained by crude oil processing to burn to generate steam, and the generated steam is used for the oil product processing device, the acidic water steam stripping device, and the ship itself.
