Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for processing and reading a QR code inside a transparent material, wherein a single face of the transparent material has a shielding layer. The method comprises: focusing an ultra-fast laser pulse to a predetermined position inside a transparent material, controlling the laser pulse to perform processing starting from a starting point according to a processing trajectory point by point at a set repetition frequency and a set power, processing each point for a set duration and then jumping to the next point until the processing of all the points of the entire QR code region is realized, so that a single processing cycle is completed; and using an illumination light source to irradiate the QR code region downwards from an obliquely upward direction, acquiring a target image by using specular reflection or diffuse reflection of light by a shielding layer at the bottom of the transparent material, and by means of a CCD visual system, and realizing the reading of a QR code by means of the distinction of contrast. Further disclosed is a system for processing and reading a QR code inside a transparent material. By means of the present invention, a QR code can be prepared inside a transparent material having a shield on a single face thereof, and precise reading is realized, which is conducive to an engineering application of code assignment and code reading of a QR code.
