Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a recycled product of ash in which the concentration of environmentally controlled substances is managed so as to be suitable even when there is variation in the state of the ash. The method is for producing a recycled product of ash in which the concentration of environmentally controlled substances is managed, and said method includes: an analysis step (S11) in which the elemental concentration of ash for use in a recycled product of ash is analyzed; a calculation step (S21) in which a material concentration for setting the concentration of environmentally controlled substances in the recycled product of ash with respect to the elemental concentration of the ash analyzed in the analysis step to a value equal to or less than a management value is calculated on the basis of a prediction formula for concentration correlation, said prediction formula being obtained by performing multivariate analysis in which the elemental concentration of ash, the material concentration of a material for use in the recycled product, and the concentration of environmentally controlled substances in a recycled product of ash obtained from a combination of the elemental concentration of the ash and the material concentration of the material for use in the recycled product serve as teacher data; and a mixing step (S31) in which mixing with the material is performed at the material concentration calculated by the calculation step.
