Abstract:
To address the issue described above, a method for providing cognitive behavioral therapy, according to the present invention, may comprise the steps of: providing, to a user terminal, a plurality of pieces of survey data for diagnosing the condition of a patient with pain; receiving survey response data for the plurality of pieces of survey data through the user terminal; on the basis of the survey response data, specifying a user group to which the patient with pain belongs from among a plurality of user groups classified according to the condition of the patient with pain; and determining an initial treatment protocol corresponding to the user group from among a plurality of treatment protocols.
