Abstract:
A method for recognizing cells in an embryo light microscope image, a system (100) for recognizing cells in an embryo light microscope image, and a computer device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: pre-processing an embryo light microscope image (S101); performing marking processing on the preprocessed embryo light microscope image (S102); inputting the embryo light microscope image, subjected to marking processing, into a Faster RCNN recognition model trained in advance, so as to generate a cell prediction result (S103), wherein the Faster RCNN recognition model comprises a feature extraction network, an RPN, a Roi Align network, a classification regression network and a C-NMS network; and performing cell recognition according to the cell prediction result (S104). According to the method, deep optimization of a Faster RCNN realizes accurate extraction of cells in an embryo light microscope image; in addition, a completely new C-NMS network is also constructed, an overlapping proportion and the area proportion between tested objects are measured, and a measurement score is flexibly adjusted, thereby significantly reducing a missed detection rate.
