Abstract:
A method and system for rendering and synthesizing a three-dimensional blood vessel, and a storage medium. The method comprises: synthesizing a three-dimensional blood vessel (S100); dividing a three-dimensional space containing the three-dimensional blood vessel into two parts, comprising a three-dimensional blood vessel region and a remaining region (S200); setting a grayscale value of the remaining region to zero (S300); downsampling the three-dimensional blood vessel to obtain a downsampled three-dimensional blood vessel (S400); performing smooth curve processing on a curve of the downsampled three-dimensional blood vessel to obtain a smooth three-dimensional blood vessel (S500); separating a plurality of polygon meshes from the smooth three-dimensional blood vessel (S600); and setting a grayscale threshold for the polygon meshes (S700). The method may track the direction of the blood vessel, correct the spatial position of an image, and intuitively express three-dimensional information of the blood vessel. The method has a simple structure and is easy to implement.
