Abstract:
A system for chatbot-based review management according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an information reception unit that receives a user's product purchase information from at least one sales server; an identification unit that monitors in real time delivery information of a purchased product; a chatbot execution unit in which, when a preset period elapses after the identification unit identifies the completion of delivery, a chatbot opens a channel with the user and requests to upload a review for the corresponding product; and a review positing unit that, when the user uploads a review to the channel, posts the review on a review page. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the provision of a personalized chatbot interface to individual users can lead to the expectation of the uses' active review uploads.
