A method and a system for vehicle shared charging based on an intelligent transportation system, and a mobile charging vehicle, the method for vehicle shared charging comprising: acquiring charging demand information (S1); acquiring road information, road condition information, and vehicle information (S2); planning a route to allow a mobile charging vehicle to drive near to a vehicle to be charged and charge the vehicle (S3); and driving autonomously to keep the vehicle within the charging range until the vehicle charging is complete (S4). The present method and system for vehicle shared charging based on an intelligent transportation system and mobile charging vehicle organically combine mobile charging technology and intelligent transportation technology, greatly increasing the efficiency and safety of vehicle shared charging and, on the basis of real-time road condition information of the intelligent traffic system and according to the electric vehicle traffic flows in different roads or regions and the actual condition of the vehicles, can estimate in advance the possibility that a road or region may require a mobile charging vehicle and flexibly deploy the mobile charging vehicle, further increasing the efficiency of vehicle charging.
