Proposed are a method for voice call fallback, a CSCF server, a mobile terminal, a mobile management entity and a system for voice call fallback, the method comprising: receiving protocol signalling which initiates a VoLTE voice service from a mobile terminal; determining whether to send a service query instruction to a mobile management entity of the mobile terminal according to the protocol signalling; and receiving a query result from the mobile management entity, and sending a voice call fallback command to the mobile terminal according to the query result, so that the mobile terminal executes a voice call fallback operation. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, a mobile terminal can be effectively guided to execute a voice call fallback operation so as to ensure the continuity of a voice call, thereby effectively improving the voice call quality of a mobile terminal which supports an IMS service, and improving user experience, while enabling an LTE network to be able to select a voice communication manner of the mobile terminal according to the current network state.
