Abstract:
A method for collecting the communication service quality comprises the steps
of: the network side obtains the evaluation data information generated by terminal
based on the user input information; the network side takes the statistic about
the evaluation data information from the terminal and gets the communication
service quality statistical results. Additionally, the communication system,
terminal and network side device for collecting the communication service quality
is disclosed. The present invention can be used to enable the operator to obtain
large numbers of the actual statistical samples representing the user's
perception factually, then the operator can hold the actual service quality
of the network in order to provide the more exact reference information for the
future network optimization.
