Abstract:
A method for testing operation of a base station, said method comprising: an environment information collecting step for collecting, as environment information, wireless environments indicated by signals that a plurality of wireless communication units, which are capable of switching between a normal mode for performing wireless communication as a base station and a slave unit mode for performing wireless communication as a virtual terminal station, have received from other base stations; a calculating step for calculating, on the basis of the environment information and base station performance information indicating the performance of each base station, test implementation information for each base station; and a test implementing step for implementing an operation test for a base station by setting, on the basis of the test implementation information, any of the wireless communication units to the normal mode while switching the wireless communication unit of another base station to the slave unit mode, and causing the wireless communication units to perform wireless communication with each other.
