Description:

DESCRIPTION

THE METHOD THAT GIVES THE FEELING OF FLYING TO THE USERS AND IMAGINARY STUDIO DEVELOPED FOR THIS METHOD

This invention is related to the method that allows the users to fly imaginarily on the places they want to see or they have already seen through seeing the images of such places; and at the same time to keep this imaginary travel as a memory; and gives the feeling of flying to the users and the imaginary studio developed for this method.

Today, people take the images of the places they visited by means of tools such as video camera, camera... etc and keep them as a memory. However these captured images are generally limited. Also today, the photos of people are taken in a studio environment and can be mounted on different places. However, in this method, while the images of the users are taken, the users do not feel and see anything, but only can watch the mounted image given to them. Thus, it is impossible for the users to experience the feeling of flying and excitement in the imaginary studios used currently.

In the product/method of the invention, the users can imaginarily fly over the places they want to see or they have seen before and see the view of those places. As the users are able to see cities, seas and various touristic places which they opted among the predetermined choices during their imaginary flight and they can move it in the right - left and up - down directions in specific angles thanks to the moving model of plane, the users can fully experience the feeling of flyging. Again in the product/method of invention, the users are provided with three dimensional images so that they can watch the images with three dimensional glasses. Thus, the feeling of flying can be made more realistic. In the product/method of invention, the images can not only be taken in only one route but also be taken alternatively among different points and consequently, they are allowed to move on the route they determined by moving the inner plane. Thanks to this, for example if the place of

flight is a city, the users can lead the plane according to their wish, among the points to visit and see. Also, during this imaginary travel, the users are recorded with a video and this image is integrated with the pre-recorded image of this place of imaginary travel by blue box technology used currently and a new image is created. During this new image compositing process, the plane color (blue, green) used on the background is taken and the desired plan or image (place or location of travel) can be put on the background. This image created by blue box technology is given to the users and they can keep this imaginary travel as a memory.

The figures prepared for explanation of the product that is the subject of the invention in a better way are presented as annexed hereto.

Figure-1 Process flow scheme

Figure -2 Sectional view of the inner part of the product of invention Figure- 3 Sectional view of the side part of the product of invention.

The meanings of the part numbers on these figures are;

1. Outer platform

2. Inner platform

3. Hydrolic mechanism

4. Model plane

5. Control arm 6. Small screen

7. Moving input-output door

8. Camera

9. Big Screen

10. Speaker 11. Light

12. Control part

13. Led Lights

14. Bottom Platform

In the product/method of invention , there is an outer platform (body) with the shape of a plane. In the inner part of the platform (2), however, there is a moving model plane (4) that can move with the help of a hydraulic mechanism (3).The moving model plane (4) can be moved to right-left and up-down in specific angels with the control arm (5) on it. On the front part of the moving model plane (4) there is a small screen (6). On the back part of the inner platform (2) there is a moving door (7) that allows the users to go in and out. On the front part of the moving door(7) there is a camera (8) and a big screen (9). Again in the inner platform (2), there is a speaker (10) and light mechanism (11). Also a control part (12) is mounted in the inner platform (2). In this control part (12), control of imaginary flight and movements are carried out. On the bottom part of the product/method of invention , there is a bottom platform (14) the sides of which are covered with led lights (13). These led lights (13) make the bottom platform (14) to be seen high from the ground and makes the people feel as if they are flying. In the product/method of delivery, initially, the cross sectional images of various location and places on the only one route or alternative routes are taken and recorded. Then, when the users are placed in the model plane (4) and the moving door (7) is closed, the place selected by the users is transferred to the screens (6 and 9) behind the door. When the users start to travel on the place they selected, they can move the model plane (4) by using the control arm (5) and experience the feeling of flying. Also, if an alternative image record was made, they can create their own routes during the travel. While the users are experiencing this imaginary travel, the camera (8) in front of the door (7) records them. As the back and side of the Model plane (4) is plane green (or may be blue), this recorded image is, integrated with the previously taken image of the same location and place of the imaginary flight and a new image is created. During this new image compositing process , the plane color (blue, green) used on the background is removed and the desired plan or image (of the location and place of travel) is put there. This image created with the blue box technology is given to the users after the flight and the users can keep this imaginary travel as memory. In this product/method of invention , the outer platform (1) automatically leans to right-left periodically and attracts the people outside and makes the product/method of invention having more attraction. In the product/method of invention , if desired, on the screens (6 and 9) on the model plane (4) and front part of the door (7), three dimensional mages can be transferred. Accordingly, the users can feel this imaginary flight using the three

dimensional glasses more realistically. Again, if desired, in place of the big screen (9) on the front part of the door, the image can be projected on the door surface by using a projector for the user to watch.
