Abstract:
A method for a thermal decomposition treatment of a hydrocarbon-containing organic substance, comprising: measuring a pH value of the hydrocarbon-containing organic substance, adjusting the pH value of the hydrocarbon-containing organic substance to pH 6-8 with an acid-base regulator, mixing the organic substance with an anti-coking agent, and subjecting the mixture to treatment in thermal cracking, condensation recovery, tailings cooling, and dust removal systems. The method can effectively facilitate thermal cracking of the hydrocarbon-containing organic substance, and the anti-coking agent generates bubbles during the reaction, such that tailings formed by the hydrocarbon-containing organic substance after high-temperature thermal cracking have a large porosity and a loose structure, thereby preventing coking of the tailings and achieving good granularity and dryness of the discharged tailings. Thermal decomposition of the hydrocarbon-containing organic substance produces recyclable oil and gas, reduces energy consumption, shortens heat treatment time, improves production efficiency and is environmentally friendly.
