Abstract:
The present invention involves a method of transforming a double-layered tank without excavation and a method of detecting oil leakage, and particularly involves a method of transforming an existing single-layered tank to impose a feature of a double-layered tank thereto without excavation. The transforming method comprises: performing a cleaning process on an inner surface of a tank (101) to be transformed; applying an adhesive on the cleaned inner surface of the tank (101); immersing a mesh fabric (104) into the adhesive; and attaching a soft 3D woven composite film (200) to the adhesive, such that after the adhesive is reacted, the soft 3D woven composite film (200) and the tank (101) to be transformed are formed into a double-layered tank structure. An oil leakage detection device can be disposed inside a gap (205) passing through a layer surface on a 3D woven layer (201) to detect oil leakage in real time. The method can transform a single-layered tank buried under the ground, such that the existing single-layered tank buried under the ground can be transformed to have a feature of a double-layered tank without excavation, thus reducing the problem of oil leakage, enabling real-time detection on oil leakage, and greatly improving the safety of oil storage.
