In particular, the method may involve: receiving information related to the transmission probability of a Radio Resource Measurement-Reference Signal (RRM-RS) from each of a plurality of cells by means of Listen Before Talk (LBT); ascertaining, on the basis of the information, whether to redirect the serving cell; and redirecting the serving cell on the basis of the ascertainment on whether to perform redirection.
