Abstract:
The invention refers to the mobile communication field, and provides a method
for transmitting the scheduling information on enhanced dedicated channel.
When the first transmission, which includes the scheduling information and
is located in anyone HARQ process of user side, is received successfully by the
RLS, which includes the service cells; and if the second transmission of other
HARQ process includes the scheduling information but does not includes the high
layer data, and the first transmission time of the second transmission is earlier
than the first transmission of the first transmission; stopping the second transmission
of the said HARQ process. The invention also provides a user terminal. The wireless
resources used to transmit SI in the HARQ process of EDCH can be reduced by this
