The UE omits a UL transmission during a UL switching gap on the basis of UTS conditions being satisfied with respect to the current transmission. The UTS conditions can include the following: i) a preceding transmission occurs in at least one other band that is not the band in which the current transmission occurs, on the basis that the current transmission is a two-port transmission; ii) the preceding transmission is neither a one-port transmission nor a two-port transmission occurring in the band for the current transmission, on the basis that the current transmission is a one-port transmission and transmissions in different bands are permitted for the UE; iii) the preceding transmission is not a one-port transmission in the first band, a one-port transmission in the second band, or a one-port transmission in the first band and a one-port transmission in the second band, on the basis that the current transmission is a one-port transmission in a first band and a one-port transmission in a second band and UL transmissions in different bands are permitted for the UE.
