Abstract:
This method for treating acidic exhaust gas treats acidic exhaust gas generated from an incineration facility, and includes the first to third steps below. A first step of bringing acidic exhaust gas generated from an incineration facility into contact with an anion type layered double hydroxide to remove SOx in the acidic exhaust gas. A second step of bringing the acidic exhaust gas that has undergone the first step into contact with a transition metal oxide to oxidize NO in the acidic exhaust gas into NO2. A third step of removing NOx in the acidic exhaust gas that has undergone the second step.
